Pre-Construction – GT Contracting can provide a complete budget estimate, feasibility study, and analysis of your future project. GT Contracting will review and explore all of the site and building issues from acquisition thru completion including permitting. During this process we will help to value engineer your project to help provide a first class design quality end project at a valued cost.
Design Build – GT Contracting has the ability to provide you with a complete design/build service. We will assume the responsibility of putting together a design team (Architectural, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineers) to provide you with a first class building with the design/build process. You will not have to coordinate and direct the design team on a daily basis during the design process, but will have valued input in the final project. GT Contracting will assume the daily communications with the design team to allow an efficient flow of information between the design team and contractor. GT Contracting can be your single service contact on your future projects.
General Contracting – The owner selects their own design team (Architect, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineers) and provides GT Contracting with the Construction Documents. We will provide a detailed cost estimate and any cost value options for your project. Once you have selected GT Contracting as your General Contractor, we will provide you with a realistic schedule, cost breakdown, and assign an experienced Superintendent to complete your project.
Green Contruction – GT Contracting is a strong supporter of green construction and sustainable design and encourage our clients to embrace the proposed requirements in the design. We strive to reduce pollution from construction activities and divert construction recyclables (plastic, cardboard, metal, aluminum, copper, and glass) debris from landfills.
